Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Protein Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
6 egg whites
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (Iso-Fast 50 or Probolic-SR)
2 tsp. cocoa powder
Pinch of stevia (or packet depending on what you use)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbls. of natural peanut butter
1/3 cup water

DIRECTIONS
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add the egg whites, peanut butter and water to the bowl.
Stir until mixed well. Divide into 6 muffins/pan coated WELL with cooking spray or they will stick.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
