Pre-Contest

My on-season diet consists of no cheats!  I am very diligent with my diet and when I am training. For the 12 weeks before my shows, I will make sure everything is on point. I eat 6 meals a day, all consisting of complex carbs, lean proteins, healthy fats and greens.

 

Off-Season

Off season and when I am shooting with photographers, things are a bit more lax.  I still keep to the 6 meals a day, but every now and again I will go out for dinner, still trying to make healthy choices but have learned to not beat myself up about it. I will however tighten up the diet about a week before a shoot. At least once or twice a day I will have a MHP Probolic shake or incorporate the protein powder into my cooking of protein pancakes.

I have a very busy lifestyle, so I try to get in some type of workout every day. If I train in the gym, I will usually do a 5 day split:

Splits:

Quads/Back and Bi's/Chest and Tri's/Hamstrings and  Glutes/Shoulders

Reps/Sets:

All exercises are typically 3 sets of 10-15 reps.  I will also make sure I do 30 mins of cardio 5-6 days a week.

Instructor:

I am a certified TRX instructor and teach anywhere from 4-7 classes a week in which I will join in on all the core building exercises.

FAVORITE MHP SUPPLEMENTS & WHY:

A-Bomb, Probolic-SR Cookies n Cream, NO-Bomb. I like using the A-Bomb as it gives me that extra energy throughout the day that I need especially when I am dieting.  The Probolic Cookies n Cream is a great way to help with cravings and mixes nice and creamy.  The NO-Bomb I will use before I work out, especially with the long days at work, I need that extra boost to get me through my workouts.
